Engaged in the practice of family law since 1975 and as a neutral in Labour Arbitration since 1995; extensive experience in complex property division, maintenance and custody and access disputes; experience as member of professional disciplinary panels; former Bencher and Treasurer (President) of the Law Society of British Columbia; speaker at provincial and national conferences related to family law, including CLE seminars; Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers; member of the Canadian Bar Association Family Law Section (British Columbia Branch), Labour Law Section and Civil Litigation Section; appointed Queen�s Counsel in 1985.
