    Rates
    : 1. Hearing days: $2200 per day, in half day increments.
    2. Preparation time: Drafting an award is charged at $315/hour, and will not exceed one day for hearings of two days or less subject to exceptional circumstances. For longer hearings, writing time will not exceed half the charge for hearing days.
    3. Administration fee: $250 flat fee for establishing a file, initial correspondence to the parties, arranging for a hearing location. Pre hearing conference calls, summonses etc. at $315/hour.
    4. Travel:
    i. if traveling the day of the hearing, travel is part of the single day fee of $2,200;
    iii. $250 per hour for necessary travel on non hearing days.> 5. Disbursements:
    All expenses incurred for travel, hearing room, long distance etc.

    Cancellation Fee
    : 1. no fee other than administration fee of $250, if notice is received more that a week (5 working days) before the hearing;
    2. for scheduled hearings of up to three days, half day charge if notified within a week of the hearing; full daily rate if canceled within 24 hours of the hearing.
    iv. cancellation fees for hearings of a week or longer are negotiable at the time the dates are set
    v. hourly rate for travel, if a cancellation occurs after necessary travel has commenced.
